We all love the unique ItsABogsLife site - Spanning the Globe, showing the best & worst of the World’s toilets. From a Down-under Dunny to the British Khazi, the American John or Irish Jacks, the World loves a nice loo and ItsABogsLife is where you’ll find it all going on.

But just how did the quirky ItsABogsLife site come to life? For that we have to turn to Stace. An industrial hygienist for 20 years who knows more about toilets than most!

As he says...

"I’ve worked in the professional cleaning industry for most of my working life. That’s over 20 years of cleaning carpets, windows, offices, shops and even people’s homes. During this time, I spent a lot of time cleaning all sorts of toilets, all kinds of designs and in anything from the filthiest of conditions through to those that were lovingly cherished by their owners – and it’s not always where you’d expect either!

So we thought we’d develop this site to give the humble toilet its say – and a chance for us to hear about the best & worst of the lavatory."

But it takes more than just a great idea to make a great site like ItsABogsLife come to life so we asked Ian the Partner in charge of the coding team to tell us more...

"It was back in 2012 when Stace first spoke to me about the idea for ItsABogsLife. The request started as a simple enquiry "Do you know anything that would let me do this or anyone who would help the dream become reality?"

After a quick think about the idea I thought it would be something I’d love to get involved in. So I went home and spent a couple of hours making a rough outline of the site, I then took this to Stace a couple of days later and showed it off. At this point I thought I was getting involved in something that could be huge. Since then I haven't looked back, working closely with Stace but most importantly having a laugh along the way."

That laugh along the way runs through everything that happens at ItsABogsLife. The App is great fun –and informative too – and as the team say, we’ve all got lots in common with the humble loo. We’ve all been taken for granted, mistreated & kept in the dark too so now’s the time to celebrate a Bog’s Life!

No matter where you are in The World, you’ll always find a Loo to confide in, supporting you in your hour of need. It’s a friend to all so give it a shout out and a check-in on ItsABogsLife and you’ll be sitting pretty.
