Should any materials or work of which you believe has been misused in a way which infringes any of you intellectual property rights. Notifying ItsABogsLife is the first thing you should do by following their "Invoke a Notice & Takedown Procedure of IP (intellectual Property) Infringement.
We will ask for your identification to prove who you are and seek further clarification of your claim and it's reasoning for doing so. Should any enquiries be without this information we may not be able to Fulfill your request, together this can also said for anyone not supplying a contact address, or you may not fill out the form below correctly. You agree that should this information be unavailable ItsABogsLife cannot be responsible for not being able to correctly identify the infringement although we will use all reasonable efforts to do so with your help.
Please be advised: Should anything you supply to us, any misguided or false/inaccurate information may be used in any court proceedings which if provided may be used as criminal liability.

Honest opinions are statements that are true or that reflect a reliable review (like a positive or negative review) and are not usually themselves a basis for defamation. You should carefully review the facts before you make a claim and legal advice should be sorted in very complicated or uncertain scenarios. You may be exposed to liability if your case isn't water tight.
